3D Realms is looking for artists with the following experience.
REQUIREMENTS
* You will create both textures and models for the game.
* Very, *very* strong modeling abilities in Max or Lightwave. The ability to quickly generate very high poly assets for normal mapping. You will be required to texture your own modeling work, but does anyone not know Photoshop? 
* Experience with ZBrush (Pixologic) is a plus.
* Any traditional 2D concept art skills are a plus.
* Professional game industry experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Your talent, personality and an impressive portfolio are more important than experience.
* You need to be a game player and love to play and talk about games, or you're just not going to fit in here. We're working on an FPS, so it would be nice if you were a fan and knowledgeable of the genre.
* You must be at least 18 years old, a US citizen, and willing to relocate to Garland, Texas. Full time, on site. No contracting.

* Demonstrating high poly modeling ability is a necessity.
* Normal mapping examples are ideal.
